Short answer: Qumuna discussions are threaded conversations with nested replies, reactions, mentions, media and voice attachments, and content reporting. Moderators and administrators can review reported content, dismiss a report, remove content from view, and reinstate removed content.

Use one thread for one understandable topic

A descriptive title helps members decide whether they can contribute. The opening message should explain the question, relevant background, and desired kind of response. If a conversation reveals a second independent issue, create a new thread and link the two rather than forcing both into one reply tree.

Make participation easier to follow

Reply to the specific message you are answering, mention a member only when their attention is genuinely needed, and summarize linked or attached material. Reactions can acknowledge or signal sentiment, but they should not silently replace a poll or another defined decision method.

Attachments should support the conversation rather than hide its essential point. Give images meaningful descriptions and provide captions or transcripts for audio and video where possible. What reporting and removal mean

A report asks an authorized community moderator or administrator to review content. It is not an automatic verdict. Reported content appears in moderation views for communities where the staff member has the necessary role. Removed content is hidden rather than immediately hard-deleted, allowing an authorized moderator to reinstate it when appropriate.

Design a workable moderator routine

Assign enough moderators to cover expected activity without sharing accounts.
Define urgent safety escalation outside the ordinary content queue.
